First, add your tables in Settings (table number, label, capacity). When you tap Check In on a waiting customer, a table picker grid appears. Green tiles are free, gray tiles are occupied. Tap a free table to assign it. When the customer is done, tap Mark Done — the table is automatically freed and available for the next customer.

Yes. Go to Report → Export, select a date, and tap Download CSV. The file includes token number, customer name, party size, category, status, mobile number, assigned table, notes, and time — ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis or record-keeping.
