Show Your Menu While Customers Are Already Waiting

The same QR code that shows the live queue can also show your menu. Customers decide what they want before they sit down, which means less time between "seated" and "order placed."

Waiting time you're currently not using

A customer waiting for a table is, structurally, standing around with nothing to do. That's dead time for both of you — they're bored, and you're not moving them any closer to placing an order. Printed menus at the door solve part of this, but they're easy to ignore and impossible to update when a dish sells out.

Putting the menu on the same page as the queue status means the thing they're already looking at — "how many people ahead of me" — has your menu right there too.

What it can and can't do

To be clear about what this is: it's a display, not an ordering system. Customers can't place an order or pay through it — they browse categories and items with prices, and ordering still happens the normal way once they're seated or at the counter. Setting it up means creating categories (Tiffin, Lunch, Beverages, whatever fits your business) and adding items with a name, price, and an optional emoji.

You can toggle a category or single item off without deleting it — useful the moment something sells out mid-shift — and there's an announcement banner slot above the menu for a daily special or a closure notice. It also carries your business name and logo, so the public page reads as yours rather than a generic queue screen.
